Biography
Mr. Dinh Dac Vinh is currently Assistant General Director and Director of Computer Science & Measurement Center – Vietnam Television.
He earned his Master degree in Informatics & Radioelectronics. He has 23-year-experience working for VTV, 5 years being Director of Computer Science & Measurement Center.
Besides Information Technology, he is also in charge of Technical Quality Assessment of television’s equipment and scientific research activities management of Vietnam Television.
– From 1992 to 1993, he worked for Authority – Ministry of Culture.
– From 1994 to present, he has been working at Vietnam Television.
